Well, to be fair, I believe Koko was only disqualified as a candidate, not as a voter. Though I believe there's good reason to disqualify him as both.

I agree with EDE. Koko should still be allowed to vote, even if there is an unatural bias against his serving.

I would go ahead and allow all the nominations, but just remind people that come election time, someone will probably have himself and 3 alt id's voting for himself... so vote accordingly.
