I like the idea that the three together are more valuable than any one of them separately.
Very Legion-like.
Cosmic Boy's one of my favorite 7 LSHers-- but he isn't my favorite founder. The founder I did pick isn't actually among my favorites, though I do love her.
I picked Saturn Girl-- 'cause she's *historic*, baby. Ever seen the cover of MS. magazine that had Wonder Woman on the cover?
In light of Imra's status as first female leader of a superteam in comics, Saturn Girl should've had that honor.

Cosmic Boy has always been my favorite male Legionnaire and definently my first choice for favorite founder. Saturn would be next and ranks within the top 5 or so of my favorite Legionnaires, with Lightning Lad pulling up the rear.

I'm always kinda surprised by how much I like Imra, considering how much I've grown to dislike that more famous telepathic superfemme, Jean Grey. Then again, I feel the same way about Brin and Logan, so perhaps the originals are just better than the knock-offs.

I voted for Lightning Lad because he's the most "human" of the three and the only one who has any real comedic potential, as the toon and Shooter have shown.

I voted for Saturn Girl, though I do acknowledge that the Founders are really best as a group. I love that Imra is somewhat of a Little Miss Perfect on the exterior, but is actually pretty flawed and has a lot to learn.

I actually have always favored the female Legionnaires over the males, but that being said, Saturn Girl is my least favorite of the girls because she was always such a panel and cover hog.

Okay, I love 'em all, but I finally voted, just to keep them close together.
Almost 60 votes, and they are within 2 pts of each other. That space-rocks.
My nightmare is that some yob will retcon in a 4th Founder that we 'forgot about' (like Sentry) or some pre-Founder Legion (like the Vulcan, Darwin, Petra, Sway X-team). Some things shouldn't be messed with.

Like they retconned Speedy in as a founder of the Titans. Grrr!
They appear to be doing it again in the TT year 1 series, which seems to be nothing more than a retelling of that abominable Antithesis origin story that retconned Speedy in in the first place.

Hey kf2f, Whatever it takes to give Garth the vote, I don't mind!!!  He really has the best uniform of all the Legionnaires. They actually used his outfit as a template for the post-Zero hour Legion "standard" uniform design. Can't go wrong with a classic!

Eeeeeeeh, hard choice. I really love the three as a trio.
Imra is smart, strong and capable.Hardly a wimpy female at all. Rokk is like, the guy who everyone knows will turn everything out okay, someone you can trust, all level-headed. And Garth is Garth, a brave, maybe a tad hotheaded sorta guy you just totally want as your friend.
They really balance each other out, though I voted Garth since, for one, I thought it would balance the polls, and two, I feel like I can really relate to him.
