It was a wonderful birthday! My friends and parents threw me a pizza party! And since the pizza place was very close to where I work, I ran in there on the way home to say hi to my co-workers, and they surprised me with a little gift!
Good times. Whoo-hoo!! And congrats!! Uh, 'scuse me. El Sid just stole a piece of pizza crust out of the trash. I better go and get him. Be right back.

And I did pie (Dutch Apple) instead of cake this year.
But I sorta cheated, and put the candles in a festive cupcake. Less messy that way.

Thanks so much, Thoth! Weirdly, I turned the radio on to hear a music panel show, with Clare Grogan listening to Julian Cope singing Reward as part of Teardrop Explodes. The trivia was that their name comes from a Marvel comic.

The question was to guess the odd one out. Why, that's another year Stealthily trying to get past. Bit cheeky to be trying to sneak past with that giant cake with all those candles, being carried towards that megalith by SaintJulian and his pals.

Awesome! Those kinds of books are great. I recently bought a similar kind of thing for the Dune movies and the Picard series. Fun to just thumb through as well as read end to end!
