The Shadow Thief had enhanced powers at the time; Kimiyo thought this Leaguer could help her figure those out.

It was a male Leaguer.
The Shadow Thief had enhanced powers at the time; Kimiyo thought this Leaguer could help her figure those out. Not necessarily because of the Leaguer's powers, but more because of their knowledge/expertise.
