Nope. With Garth and Val the first thought is they died but I don't remember Jo dying (apart from all the Legion at various times).
All 3 were on the Workforce but so were others. They all quit but so did others - unless they were the only 3 that quit the Workforce and ended up on the Legion?

you got it with the Workforce connection Workforce members who joined (or in Live Wire's case, rejoined) the Legion Inferno (Sandy) isn't included, because there's doubt about her Legion membership - 1) She didn't get a vote on Impulse's membership in LSH 88, 2) and when she ditches the Legion in LSH 96, she firmly states she was NOT a Legionnaire

as an aside, this connection confuses me sometimes: in my fic, I have Spider-Girl and Particon, both former Workforce members, joining my Legion

I got it! Cool. And I agree that Sandy never officially joined, was just stranded in the past same as Shvaughn. Thinking about the next group - I was briefly considering all the legionnaires that Dream Girl had flirted with but it's probably too many New group soon.
