The question is not so much who is that next to Garth as why does Garth appear to be emitting fire rather than lightning bolts? I need to check what his powers looked like in previious issues but I'm fairly sure that looks more like Sun Boys powers than Garth's.

I'm excited about this issue! Has been in the past. I saw the cover as Garth maybe blowing something up since his power usage definitely doesn't look like lightning. Then again maybe it'll be corrected on the final cover.
