Hey, everyone. Yet another newbie chiming in!

Normally I focus on the plot and story first, but I just wanna say that the great art in this issue almost made me forget how short the story was in comparison. Keep up the good work, Steve!

Least we got to see Umbra again after all this time, but not enough of her, in a too-short-story sense, not in a needs-a-smaller-costume sense. laugh Maybe DNA had her climb up the tower like that to emphasize her fearlessness and her eagerness to reclaim her shadow powers? I think that was intended to be the main part of the story. On the whole, I liked the story well enough, just could have used some fleshing out. I'm still eagerly awaiting the Foundations arc, hopefully it'll be even better. Anyway, here's hoping we see more of Steve's work soon! LightningLad

Sambo253: I think I liked it mostly because it gave us a
look at Talok and just to spend some time with Umbra. That's just my two cents
on the story though.

Most everybody here was happy to see a focus on Umbra and a closer look at Talok. We would probably not complain if there were single-character issues every month - in addition to the main book!

Galadhran:
When Jaz says "Good to have you back powered up" Did she mean "Good to have
you back with your powers again"? OR Did she mean "Good to have you back
even MORE Powerful than you ever were"?

I believe she's more powerful now - the addition of the shadow ancestors has yet to be developed - but I expect they'll give her some added boost.

Invisible Brainiac: Anyway, here's hoping we see more of Steve's work soon!
Don't know if you've caught this amid all the posts here at LW, but Steve does have a second Legion book coming, I'm not sure which number it will be. After that, we'll just have to lobby TPTB for more Lightle.
