I can think of 3 of them - Lilith, Raven and Phantasm. Can't remember who the 4th was though. I'll guess... Mal?

Not Trigon, although presumably that is why they were gathered together by Raven.

And yes they first fought a protoplasmic creature, but I wouldn't classify the creature as a super-villian. It didn't have a name and not even a thought balloon. So there is doubt to it sentience.

Well, in the first issue they fought the Gordanians, but they were a race, not a villain.

My guess would be the Ravenger (Deathstroke's son, Grant Wilson). I believe they fought him in issue #2.

This one might be a bit of a challenge:

In the original Teen Titans series, the Fiddler appears to kidnap two of the acts competing in the Battle of the Bands. Name either (or both for extra credit ) of these two acts. Hint: they are based on real-life acts that were popular at the time

One was the Woodworkers ( a version of the Carpenters). I forget what the other band was called but it was a version of Paul McCartney & Wings. The surprize ending was that both bands were the same people.
