I really like Kinetix too! But at this late stage there are just so many good characters left! And when it comes down to making hard choices - that whole horrible terraform debacle is still WAY too fresh in my memory.

Blacula - I see your point, but that whole terrorform debacle just makes me want her in the "new" Legion more, because Zoe really deserves a second chance!

And so it goes... KINETIX gets the bump with 9 votes. We were so close! All we needed was one more round... Shouldv'e let immunity carry her all the way to the end, but NOOO, I had to have one final round... (mutter, grumble, mutter, grumble...) If Waid and Kitson ever bring her back and make her good you'll rue the day you vited her out! (Okay, got that out of my system ) Next up with 8 votes we have SPIDER GIRL, who also put up a good fight, all things considered. And finally, with 5 votes, CHEMICAL KING gets bumped off with just 1 vote separating him form the next three characters, XS, White Witch and Sun Boy. And so we have our final 25. XSDawnstar and White Witch because they both came dangerously close to being voted off in the last three rounds, XS because I know a lot of you hate reboot era Legionnaires very very much (at least I get to have her if I can't get Zoe or Gates), and Infectious Lass because she has never had much "screen time" at all. I'm glad she at least got a chance this time around. (and hey, she outlasted Wildfire and Timber Wolf! That's pretty amazing!) And of course, let's not forget the 25 characters who will be enrolled in our version of the Legion Academy: Kinetix Spider Girl Chemical King Andromeda Bouncing Boy Wildfire Gates Polar Boy Kid Quantum II Insect Queen II Supergirl Night Girl Timber Wolf Nightwind Nemesis Kid Chlorophyll Kid Ferro (Lad) Color Kid Lamprey Magnetic Kid (Pol) Quislet Kono Gas Girl Invisible Kid II Fire Lad It was a hard task whittling the list to just 25, and a lot of fan faves had to get shafted along the way. But it was fun Thanks to everyone for such a great time (even you guys who voted against Kinetix :razz: ) Major thanks to Nightchangeling, Future, Blacula for sticking through the game from Round 1, and thanks too to everyone else for playing and making this game so fun

Thaks for another great game IB! And I feel your pain re: Kinetix. Tell you what - the next time you do one of these games I'll spare her... if you lay off Gim Allon. Its kind-of a poisoned chalice knowing that every time one of these games turns up the guy who's running it is gunning for my fave character!

Quick aside - the Legion Academy team is a MUCH more interesting mix of characters IMO. I'd really like to read a comic about *that* team!

As usual, this was a fun game. I know I wasn't here for every round but I tried to keep track of it anyway. Thanks again, IB. You're the best!  BTW, Blacula I couldn't agree more about the Academy team. It would be a great deal of fun to read about them. Since LSH is going to be the number 1 DC book by this time next year ( ) It should definitely be considered as a spin off series from the main book.

Whoo! I'm so glad that Mysa, Drura, & XS managed to stay in the Top 25! Wow.
Of course, I bemoan the loss of Sussa too...but you can't have all the middle-tiers I suppose and still keep the big guns.
