Yep Matthew, that is correct! Never really understood what was going on there. I know Saturn Girl envied the kind of relationship (she thought) Brin and Ayla had. I strongly believe her subsequent pregnancy (not long after she & Brin were discovered comforting one another) saved her marriage.

Lightning Lad's fear was to have his arm melted off again.
Bouncing Boy's fear was to lose his powers.
Duo Damsel's fear was for one of her bodies to die.
Dream Girl's fear was to lose her beauty and be a hideous monster.
Ultra Boy's fear was to be re-eaten by the space-monster that gave him his powers.
Wildfire's fear was to be 'dissolved in quanta'.
Timber Wolf's fear was that he was a robot, without humanity.
Saturn Girl had her mind opened up to all the fears of all her teammates.

Very well done - IIRC, Saturn Girl's was for her mind to be overwhelmingly flooded with other's thoughts, not specifically to her teammates' fears, but your list is complete enough - next question is yours.

The Substitute Heroes first appeared in the Silver Age, and finally became members of the Legion decades later (in real time, not comic-book time). Most of (what I think of as) the classic Subs did, anyway; Polar Boy, Fire Lad, Chlorophyll Kid, Stone Boy and Color Kid, but not Night Girl.

They were just five of the fifteen Legionnaires who had a decade or more of real time go by between their first appearance* in a Legion story and their joining the Legion. Who were the other ten?

*being generous about what constitutes a first appearance.
