Polar Boy is correct: we saw more-or-less classic Polar Boy in a letter column, and we saw new-and-villainous Polar Boy (with dynamic green complexion!) as part of Mekt's Wanderers.
Go ahead.

Ok, I am pretty sure of this.
Who was the first Legionnaire shown wearing a mask?

That's gotta be it.
(Unless Superboy or Supergirl wore a mask in some non-Legion story before that...)

Saturn Girl is who I was thinking of. And what was she thinking? "Hmmm I'll keep my same costume and my hair will show, but this lead mask will keep Supergirl from guessing who I am." Maybe if Supergirl was in a coma Irma.

I bet she could've accomplished the same thing by wearing glasses.
New question will be up tomorrow.

In the very first appearance of the Bat-Man, he investigates a crime in which the murdered person is described by the codename of a Legionnaire. Which Legionnaire?

Hmmm... One would assume that it is not a code name that includes "Boy", "Lass", etc.
And the question states that the murdered victim is "described" by the code name.
I would say the Legionnaire is Timber Wolf, who originally went by Lone Wolf, which is used to describe someone who is solitary by nature.

Chemical King? I know one of the murdered people owned a chemical company, so it's just an educated guess.

After Saturn Girl and Lightning Lad got married, the Legion confronted the Time Trapper (or Controller imposter, depending whom you ask). Two Legionnaires rushed in to face the Trapper and were quickly captured. Who were they?
