Ok, Kent, you've got four correct titles, and all four are in the right category!

Kent, I'm going to give it to you. I'm going away for a week and don't know if I'll be online during that time. The only one you missed was House of M, which should have taken Emerald Twilight / New Dawn's place.

Have a good trip, Xben!

Okay. As some (most?) of you know, I've returned to college at the ripe old age of 38.
I have a major and one minor so far, but may wind up with one or two additional minors.
So, similar to Xben's question, name:
1. my major 2. my current minor 3. the brand-new minor just administratively approved that I may pick up 4. my originally intended minor that I never signed up for but still may take.
Your choices (only 6 to compensate for the complexity of the question):
Geography Canadian Studies French Native American Studies History Quebec Studies

Wow, Kent, I went back to college a few years ago - at the age of 35. I discovered I had nothing in common with most of my classmates, so I had to be content with checking out the girls who were almost half my age. Anyway...
1. History 2. French 3. Native American Studies 4. Geography

two right, but neither in the right slot.
I know what you mean about the girls... especially as there are hot Asian chicks every 10 feet!

And if I get this right I think Quis should still get the next question as he did all the work - I just rearranged his answer.
Be lucky

Lance has all four in the incorrect positions, so whoever compares his and WWC's posts should easily pick the correct combo.

okey dokey...
Last weekend I played in a chess tournament at King's Island. Out of 5 games, how many total points did I score? In a chess tournament, a player gets 1 point for a win, a half point for a draw, and no points for a loss.

I wish. I pretty much stunk up the tournament this time. Less than 4.5.

Okay, well my answer for Lance's question is a quote from a series of fantasy literature. Name the series:
A) Lord of the Rings, by J.R.R. Tolkein 2) Dragonlance Chronicles, by Weis & Hickman Tres) Tales of Mithgar, by Dennis L. McKeirnan IV) Xanth, by Piers Anthony *****) The Chronicles of Narnia, by C.S. Lewis
Just spouting off.
