This round's results are the most shocking yet. Results: Umbra - 63 Gates - 57 Triad - 49 Kinetix - 45 XS - 44 Invisible Kid - 36 The one Legionnaire who seemed the safest throughout the game, (and who has gotten the highest cumulative number of points so far, at over 1100!), INVISIBLE KID, fades away with 36 points. He WAS almost eliminated once before, but managed to squeak through with about 5 points to spare. Fare thee well, Lyle. Throughout the post-ZH era of the Legion, Lyle's been one of the most interesting Legionnaires. He's saved the day so many times and been one of the stalwarts of the team. Here's hoping the Threeboot Lyle can live up to this version. Ladies and Gents, our Top 5! Gates  Umbra  Again, please vote for only 3 Legionnaires. Since we're nearing the end of the game and only have four rounds left, I've tweaked the point distribution a bit. 1st - 8 points 2nd - 5 3rd - 3 This round ends on July 18. Thanks for voting!

Actually, I liked XS most of the time, but when they would have all her words running together, to show how fast she was talking, it got old real fast.
I'm not looking forward to having to choose between Triad and Umbra, both of whom I've liked since their original appearances (which, of course, I read much after the fact, but you know)...

I actually like Lyle more than anyone else left on this list but I'm kinda tired of the same people winning these games all the time, so I'm giving my votes to some characters who deserve a chance on the winner's podium for once (that means NOT Triad!).

True, especially for Jenni, Zoe and Gates. And of course Lu's new origin. Monstress' and Vi's good showing would fit this too. On the other hand, I don't think Shadow Lass is that drastic a change. Tinya was drastically changed, but she only just barely made the Top 12. Of course, this observation applies to enough Legionnaires that it is probably true

I think it might have something to do with just how crappily many of the "classic" characters were treated during the reboot. It's a lot easier to think "Yeah, XS was a pretty good during the reboot" than it is to think "Yeah, Vi was pretty good during the reboot" just because you don't have other versions to compare to.

Yeah, I can't think of any character that I liked the reboot version more than the original, although I still like Triad and Umbra a lot (and Triplicate Girl and Shadow Lass are great in the threeboot also...glad they got their names back).
