Don't forget that in addition to naming the two characters (which we're getting somewhat closer to), you have to identify their exact family relationship. (There was an adoption in the middle of the family tree structure that links the two characters; you can mention that or disregard it as you like.)

OK, I see on Wikipedia that one of Wally's twins is named Jai. So the two people must be Dawn Jae Allen and Jai West.
And the relationship between them would be that they are first cousins, once removed. (Barry and Iris are Wally's uncle and aunt, which makes Dawn Wally's first cousin, and Jai's first cousin once removed.)
