It is! (The "fight" question was the "accurate but misleading" stuff - even leaving out Time Trapperness, he fought the SW6 Legion briefly circa Legion on the Run/Zero Hour when power-up gauntlets drove him nuts, but that's hardly what Rokk is known for. Everything leading from that question seemed like a complete blind alley to me.)

I'll briefly point out that preboot Cosmic Boy was born on Earth, which I'd blame for confusing me, if half my guesses weren't from Earth anyway.  I'm thinking of a character.
