That's it, at least, if you don't count the numerous times Superman/the Gands went into red sun territory or the times where their powers were switched for panels at a time, which I'm not, so that's it.

And for those who don't know, Kon lost his powers for a time after the "Sins of Youth" fifth week event.

Who's the only person who ever referred to Kent Shakespeare as "Impulse" on-panel?

Not that I recall, though if you can cite issue & page, I'll give it to you. It was someone else that I recalled doing so.

I haven't looked to be certain, but I think it was Jo.

OK, unless someone can come up with an actual issue & page for their guesses, I've got to say: all wrong, though Omni Craig clearly knows the scene I'm referring to. I'll give a hint: it wasn't a Legionnaire.

Nope. It wasn't a "top" villain by any means - but (another hint) the guy who said it was working for one.

I found it.

Page 2, panel 1 of Legion (v4) #23
Part III of "The Quiet Darkness".

Chief Commander Skan'L-La, while detaining Celeste, Jo, and Kent who were attempting to get to Zuun. He says, "...your reputation precedes you Ultra Boy...as does yours 'Impulse'".

Which Legionnaires were present for the memorial of Kid Psycho (as his rocket/monument was prepared to blast off to Shanghalla)?

Oh, no!! I've killed the trivia thread!!

Here's a clue: There were only 3 Legionnaires present (two guys and a girl).
