Hint: There are eight, and all were named in the same issue.

Last hint: The great majority of these worlds are Legion homeworlds.

I'll give it until tomorrow, since I've already stalled the game enough...

Earth, Braal, Aleph, Winath, Rimbor, Korzon 5, and Loberzia. Don't know the eighth, unless it was Titan or the moon

Invisible Brainiac is unable to log into the message board at this time. He's asked me to convey the following:

...please give the next Q to SoM
and tell him that the one he missed was Xanthu. (poor Xanthu, first blighted
then plundered by Robotica... looks like Thom's luck extends to his whole
world! smile
The next question is yours SoM!

Thanks, Gary! I knew I could count on you! smile

Unfortunately the problem seems to be with my computer, so I'll have to wait for the memory to be fixed or something. Until then I'll be here only on the weekends frown

But I'll never be far away, so don't get TOO naughty. laugh

What materials were the three Triads once closely surrounded in - two completely, one with a little room for manoeuver?

Hmmmm...methinks this is from the Superboy crossover when the Legionnaires fought Scavenger. He used the Philosopher's Stone to transmute various substances to trap the Legionnaires. I'll have to go home and check the issues to see if I'm right... (Legion v3 #74 and Legionnaires #31)

I don't remember what materials were used and they don't let me bring comics to work anymore... frown something about "decreased productivity, blah blah blah"...

That's very rude of them in my opinion. Feel free to tell them I said so! laugh

I believe the materials were birch wood, tar and...some sort of crystal? Amber, perhaps?

Since I looked it up, you got two out of three CM. It was birch, gold, and tar. The tar-trapped Luornu had some room to manuver, as she got ahold of the Philosopher's Stone when Cham battled Scavenger and used it to free some of her teammates.

Well, you're the one who bothered to look it up, so I guess the next question is rightfully yours, Omni.

Yeah, he's right (Cham was the one in the crystal). Since CMK's conceded, away you go Omni.

What flavor of ice cream did Supergirl try during one of her first meetings with the Legion?

"Martian" ice cream (which one would hope wasn't made from minced-up members of J'Onn's people).

What was the prize of the bet Chuck won over Tenz by sinking three pool balls with one shot (and why was Tenz so upset, over and above the fact he was beaten)?

On the planet Murgador, many workers use a tool called a "Tronga".

What would we (mere 21st century humans) call this tool?
