Well, this was deja vu. Jeff, I'm a little surprised at some of your answers. I did support you on the anti-gobots question though - even though I didn't know what it meant.

Methinks he doth protest too much -- all that bluster is clearly a desperate attempt to cover up. Come now, Jeff... it's painfully obvious. YOU are the closet Gobot-lover. Admit it!

Well, I think this was probably more informative than any census I could come up with.
Incidentally, I voted for Lucky Charms!

What annoys me isn't that I only could pick one, but that I had to pick one.
A few (like Bugs being infinitely better than Mickey) I feel strongly about, a few (Picard over Kirk) I care a wee bit. And some I don't care in the slightest (MTV/VH1) or even don't have a clue what the hell they ARE in the first place (May thingamagiger/Love whoeveritwas) and its a bother having to click one.

I'm already looking forward to version 2 and 3 of this poll. And then version 4 - the rude version.

Good grief! I can't believe I'm with the majority on almost every item. We need new questions! Or I need new opinions.

I found myself in the same boat it just means that finally I have found some people with the wit charm intelligence and sheer good looks to match me  Only one slight niggle STU for the next poll. Remember us Brits may not know some of the things your asking us to choose from. I mean I saw the ads in the comics but just what are those unlucky Irish charma's thingys

I'm starting to compile questions for the next poll(s)... if you have any ideas for choices you want to see in upcoming polls, please PM 'em to me!

I've tied them. We probably wouldn't get along. Some of you just have WRONG eating habits. Hamburgs and Fries? PuuuLEASE! Dogs and Rings taste much better, healthier , and you can make up some neat games with them.

Hot Dogs? Hot Dogs? Those compressed bits of the rest of the cow? Thank you, but no. But Rings do rock.

Well, the poll is over and the results are pretty interesting. There were four questions that resulted in ties: Britney or Christina Mary Tyler Moore or I Love Lucy Coke or Pepsi Dogs or Cats Not too surprising, but I thought there might be a slightly greater preference for Coke than Pepsi, and for Britney than Christina, in general. The most lopsided contests were "DC or Marvel" and "Lego or Erector" -- with DC and Lego overwhelmingly prevailing by 94% to 6%. Other blowouts included: "King of Rock or King of Pop" (winner: Elvis!) "Wizard of Oz or Sound of Music" (a bit surprising, this result -- I thought Sound of Music would have made a better showing) "Mickey Mouse or Bugs Bunny" (winner: Bugs, by a hare) "Transformers or Gobots" (I wonder whether anyone stuffed the ballot box ) and "Brains or Brawn" / "Fame or Fortune" (most of us prefer brains and riches, which might explain why Bill Gates is considered sexy by so many ) As promised earlier, the next part of "Choose" will be forthcoming shortly, including some choices suggested by the good people of LW.
