Is that the contract where they have to pay a fixed fee every month with usage charges and double the amount if they don't use the facilities?

Do you want me to just handle the contracts or do you also want me to run the gym er I mean Exclusive Health Spa? What would be my compensation? I'll settle for 10% of the revenues plus free use of the spa.

That's all well and good ( a very good idea actually) but I suspect many of our friends and customers aren't the sweating type. For them we could blow out that other wall over THERE and turn it into a candy store. We could call it SWEETS!

Well, Vee-licious, that'a a fine idea. But I'm a little concerned about expanding too quickly. I think the gym fits in and let's see how that goes. I will agree to a gum-ball machine on the premises, if that would make you feel better.
