What kind of wine goes with kibles, anyway?

Depends on whether the kibbles are made from red meat or white meat.

(Though I suspect that any wine that you get out of a box would suffice. )

I wouldn't feed that boxed wine to a dog.

Good to see ya, Arachne! It's possible that I have... I dunno, being off-board lately, I feel a bit left behind.

Arachne, Ouzo, is a licorice drink ,like opal nera, but not so sweet. It's a traditional liquor of Greece. Have you had Sambucca? It's less sweet than that.

We'll have a greek meal - starting with saganaki, a flambe'd cheese, and then a greek salad and some dolmades (grape lieaves stuffed with lamb and vinegared rice.). Then some psari (fish grilled) with Retsina (Greek white wine). I don't do dessert, but if you like, there's lot's of sweets. We'll finish off with the Ouzo.

KP, disco-droids are all the rage. I especially like the "It's Raining Men" line.

Sigh. It looks like I'm back.
