I'd like to have a Sex on the Beach.
What's in one, anyway?

To tell the truth, Stu, I have no idea - but it never matters. I just throw whatever I feel like into it. Usually a little vodka, some rum, some orange juice and grenadine and a shot of soda - or whatever I'm in the mood to do. Nobody notices - either because anyone who orders sex on the beach is drunk and doesn't care, or just orders it becasue they like the name. I don't think anybody really knows what goes into it.

Ok, don't tell me. I'm going to watch it. But it doesn't come on for an hour and a half here in California.

Do I hear Prince playing in the background?

Haven't, unfortunately! I did get the Battle of the Planets/Thundercats crossover, which was kind of fun in a nostalgicky kind of way, but the story was a bit disappointing -- though probably that shouldn't have been a surprise, given the limited scope of the project. Nice art, though!

My favorites are Jason 1 and Jun 1. And -- hee hee -- I like being able to "catch" the spiders!

The quality of the writing on the new series really surprised me, very much like the show but much more logical.

STU,that wasn't bi-beer you drank, you're just drunk.. Anything looks good. Although, I 'm a good choice, I won't take advantage of such a sweetheart. Sleep well, my friend.

I guess the Prince "1999" reference earlier was too obtuse and obscure. Congrats on 2000, Semi!

Was Survivor good? no pun intended, but I really think Survivor "jumped the shark" with the whole bringing back voted-out tribe members thing ... I am a Survivor fanatic, but this latest "twist" just left a really bad taste in my mouth especially the "to be continued" nonsense at the end ... and don't get me started on Rupert and his whole "how dare you vote for me" temper tantrum ... ugh! get rid of him! I know return you to your regular alcohol programming
Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water...

Hey everyone, grab a drink and enjoy today as not only Friday, but Halloween! I'll be over in the corner on the piano playing a few tunes . Arachne, I checked out your sight and really liked it! Nice job! I think today I'll begin with a bourbon on the rocks.
