I just got back from Thanksgiving dinner. It was great and i paced myself so that I am not bloated. Arachne, I know your Thanksgiving was October 10. I hope it was good.

We had an early meal. Lots of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberries, carrots, yams, deviled eggs, & pork tenderloin (a very pleasant surprise and addition to the typical feast!)
All followed by pumpkin pie, apple crisps, and vanilla ice cream.
Didn't overindulge but I certainly had my fill of a bountious spread! Yum!

I took a sour cream apple pie which I baked this morning. I was supposed to do it last night, but some of you kept me too busy to get to it. Not that I'm complaining.

Hey there -- in order of appearance -- Vee, Arachne, and Semi!  An Amaretto sounds terrific. (As does a scratch behind the ears!  ) I'm actually not overbloated myself either, thankfully. And I just finished baking a batch of brownies!
