So, i'm sitting here watching TV while online and watching a program of someone I know (not well, but I've met him several times and stayed at his home cuz his daughter is my friend) and it's odd to see someone I kinda know on tv ... especially when they turn out to be a bigger deal than I realized.

Well, gee ... now that you ask ... the documentary is on Peter Paul & Mary. The whole folk thing has gotten to be a bit of a joke nowadays, but during the sixties, they were *huge* -- they even played right before King made his famous "I have a Dream" speach (I mean really, can you imagine actually being there for that?). Paul is the one who's daughter I know.

Oh my God, when I worked at California Adventures, my boss got mad at me because I yelled at Finola, "I want to have your baby!"
She didn't get mad, later when she saw me she said, "You're the one that said you wanted to have my baby." and then she laughed.

Anyone remember the Generation X tv-movie? Finola Hughes played Emma Frost in that. I tried to tape it when Fox showed in but my vcr ended up malfunctioning.  I'm still looking for good quality copy of it.
