Champagne Cocktail

Dash of Bitters & Simple Syrup, Chilled Champagne

Put dashes in Champagne glass, Fill with Champagne, Garnish with a twist.

Here's another;

Get some frozen berries, defrost, simmer with sugar, cool, then put in glass, add champagne or your favorite sparkling wine.

Arachne, SHAKES has had a fireplace for quite a while now. When you're at the bar, just turn around and look slightly to your left. It's surrounded by high back lounge chairs and is a wonderful place to kick off your boots and ejoy your favorite libation, the conversation of friends, or a quiet moment with a book.
