Ooooh. meaning... you close the place and give people the sack? Naw, the opposite pretty much. We do mini-shutdowns all the time, but every 4 years the entire place shuts down for a complete maintenance overhaul. I'll be coordinating getting everything ready, verifying everything is safe to work on and once the shutdown starts, be the go between the maintenance dept. and my own dept. (operations) and management (ugh). There will be hundreds more workers on site compared to normal
