I'm the only guy in a class of women which - at first - seemed a bit awkward, but... screw it, I feel more energized with this form of exercise than anything I've felt in years.

Ha! I'm not quite sure how to interpret that last sentence, Ex. I will just assume it's the exercise that energizes you and not the...um...scenery...

Well... considering that one of the women is my wife, you can rest assured that if I found myself focusing on any "scenery" I'd fairly quickly find myself in the "downward dog"-house. (Groan... sorry... I promise no more yoga puns  )
