(Well... I'm proud of her everyday but, since today is the day she goes back to school - after 15 years in the corporate world - to pursue her real dream... I'm extra proud. )

I'd much rather be a travel TW show host instead now

...don't have to water all the plants, because it rained last night. Woo-hoo!

... woke up late. And I still feel sleepy despite two cups of coffee.

..... I haven't two cups of coffee worth of caffeine in three days ... I can't be blamed for anything I do or any countries I bring to the ground.

... gave Peebz some tea bags (sorry, I drank all my coffee already!)

I'd kill for a tea bag at this point. a nice earl grey would solve all my problems.

... am considering a few different options for this coming weekend.

As part of my summer-long travel project, my wife and I are headed to Nova Scotia to visit a certain Legion World cafe owner, but... additionally... also happen to be arriving in the midst of the Atlantic Fringe Festival - a week long showcase of original theatre.

Looking at the schedule, there are sooooo many good plays that I'd like to check out, but the one show that I know I am definitely hitting is called, "Love in the Time of Time Machines". Just check out this description:

Unfortunately, following my quitting smoking last spring - and my subsequent gain of about 15 pounds - I neglected to do a trial run to see how my dress slacks were now going to fit.

Yeeeeeeah... it's gonna be an uncomfortable, gut-sucking-in kind of day.

... had some melon. Oh yeah!

...have been walking the thin line between helping hold things together and letting things progress as they will.

... waited for seven hours for a less than one hour flight.

^ I feel ya, Peebz. I once had to wait four hours for a one-hour flight. We were already on the plane and had to deplane, then we got three more false alarms stating it was alright to board. Worst thing was we'd stayed up all night just for that flight.

...go to work early for the second part of a two-day online conference.

(They've never had me attend a conference until this week.)
