We really never got to see these guys beyond their introduction.

They fit into one of the tropes that young Shooter seemed fascinated by, namely soldiers who disguised super-scientific weaponry in medieval forms.

We have:

Sir Elistar: An archer, whose "bolts" burst with electricity when they hit their mark
Sir Norwith: A spearsman, though his main weapon is his hypno-shield, which bends opponents' wills.
Sir Galado: An axeman, whose rocket-axe always returns to him
Sir Kayle: A mace man, whose mace "repels anyone near" (which seems to me to defeat the purpose of a mace, but whatevs)
Sir Borrs: Wear a horned helmet, which allows him to "breach the mightiest walls" by ramming them headfirst
Sir Artros: Carries the "sword of sound", whose vibrations can shatter steel

Their weaponry is apparently the work of Radagor, chief counselor to King Artros.

There seems to be a pretty elaborate setup here, considering nothing is really done with them. I wonder if Shooter or Weisinger had planned future appearances from them?

It would be nice to see a more obvious use of hi-tech in a feudal society. Sort of how Orando might be.

I wonder where the Persuader's Atomic Axe really came from?

Poor Cham, just about to get hitched and...

I've wondered if it might connect to the Atomic Knights.

Anyway, I'm now finding myself tempted to invent a whole elaborate Game of Thrones-esque sub-mythology around these guys.

I wonder if there are other retro-futuristic Alliterative Armaments out there?

The Boson Bow, firing quantum arrows that teleport to their target, bypassing armor, force fields and other obstructions.

The Stellar Shuriken, made of burning solar plasma, these throwing 'stars' are actually tiny stars!

The Space Sword, able to slice through spacetime and create portals, or smack foes so hard they disappear and reappear somewhere else!

The Nuclear Nunchucks, when you flail around and smack yourself in the back of the head with these, all that's left are a pair of smoking boots!

As for the Knights of Nadir;
Quote
Sir Elistar: An archer, whose "bolts" burst with electricity when they hit their mark
Sir Norwith: A spearsman, though his main weapon is his hypno-shield, which bends opponents' wills.
Sir Galado: An axeman, whose rocket-axe always returns to him

Some of the names are quasi-Arthurian. Sir Bors, Sir Galahad, Sir Kay, even Arthur himself, whose name is sometimes interpreted as Artorius or Arturus.

Sir Norwith and Sir Elistar are the ones that don't fit that mold as well.

I always like characters with a 'twist' that makes them not exactly as they seem, so Norwith, a spearman in a weapon-themed group, whose 'special weapon' is in fact his shield, is cool.
