Q - Supervillains who are father and son are fairly common but I can think of a mother/daughter pair that the Titans have come up against too (though not at the same time).
Can you name them?

I can't think of any others off the top of my head I only got this Q because I'd been reading through bios on Titans Tower a while back. When Terra I was reanimated as a Black Lantern in Blackest Night, which five Outsiders did she fight?

Oh so nearly the classic line up I was wondering if Geo Force was in the JLA at that point, but there's no way they would avoid having him meet his dead sister. I'd have thought either Katana to drop out. Although Katana's katana could decapitate Terra in front of Brion in one of those traumatic scenes that comics loves. Halo would be very handy in Blackest Night I'd have thought. The only Outsiders issue I read for years was something by DiDio. Dreadful. Some muscle stereotype and an Owlman knock off. So drop Halo for Owlman?

And you have it right, thothkins! The Black Lantern Terra attacked the four male Outsiders you mentioned, and was only stopped when Halo flew over and blasted her with light.

This occurred after Geo-force's very short Justice League tenure, I remember. Katana was also a member, but she and the Creeper (and Halo and their prisoner Killer Croc!) had just faced Black Lanterns of Katana's family. Halo then flew all the way to Outsiders HQ to rescue the guys.

I had my Titans comics looked out on the day the board went down. I did! It's true! I was rereading Stray Bullets since then in my spare comics moments.
In which African country did the Titans discover a rather damaged Cliff Steele/ Robotman?
Memory (hah) or Internet searches aren't anywhere near as fun as digging out old comics to look at.
