Lash, other than 100-pagers and a general good old fanboy time, is there anything in particular you'll be looking for at the Memphis Comics Expo?

Is it true that you'll be selling kisses at your alleged upcoming garage sale?

Keep up with what I've been watching lately! "Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio? Our nation turns its lonely eyes to you."

Lash,
If you had to choose between the Silver Age of Comics and the Bronze Age of Comics, which would you choose and why?

That could be a difficult question except The Bronze Age does not exist without the Silver Age, so one must logically choose Silver Age.

Lash,
Did you like the reboot Star Trek movies?

Hard question. I *want* to. To be totally honest, I haven't given either the Fair 100% viewing they deserve, particularly the second. I *do* remember being annoyed that Kirk spent most of the first film being the bad boy reject of Starfleet.
YOUR QUESTION COMPELS ME. Both films are, I believe, available through various media I am privy to. I will plan to watch both with 100% attention- let's say, Friday-- by then everyone will be gone and I'll be ready for ME TV time.

Now you must keep in mind I am naturally predisposed toward TOS and its cast, so my mind is GOING TO want to like it. Also from what I recall, I thought they did a fairly terrific job of recasting the primaries.

I really liked the cast, but I felt the script and directing really let them down and made both movies pretty terrible. Simon Pegg as Scotty was awesome and I felt he was a worthy successor to James Doohan.

I thought they really should've done it as a tv series rather than a movie.

In a similar mould:
Lash, which is your favorite of the six movies starring the Star Trek TOS cast?

Lash, do you have a favorite type/brand of writing utensil -- wood pencil, mechanical pencil, type/color of pen -- or do ya just use whatever's around?
