There were multiple encounters with Mordru in these issues  sneaky wizard, him. Magno got blasted by Mordru, injuring AND depowering him.

Devlin has not been introduced in the Reboot. Nope. As someone who needed to touch Mordru to affect him (well, not really, but it was easier for her to touch him than to hit him indirectly and risk injuring someone else), she definitely got hit.

In the Mordru battles in Legionnaires 48-50, I count only two members of the Legion's task force who were not directly injured by either Mordru or the Emerald Eye. Who were these?

It WAS Lyle!
Lyle only joined in the final battle, and he acted as field leader instead of attacking Mordru directly (he did get his hands dirty saving Kid Q II).
Zoe joined Mysa and Sensor in separating Vi from the Emerald Eye in an alternate dimension; when they returned, Mysa attacked Mordru directly and got hit. So did Vi. Zoe and Sensor managed to avoid getting hit (but Sensor got hit in the first battle in L* 48, so she wasn't a correct answer).
Still one of my favorite comic book battles ever.
