I'm not sure how to reward this round. Is it considered a draw because IB and Pal both got a letter right? Or does Pal's letter not count because it was a vowel and so IB gets to guess a vowel in the next round?

Either way, IB and Pal may both guess a consonant or solve (and IB may or may not also have the option to pick a vowel).
