Technically correct, but she was never asked to fight for him. I'm thinking of a doppelganger who was brought in and asked and still refused

If you're after the name of the Alternate version, was it Coal Tiger?

Yay!
Fanfic Lady had a reread thread for that whole storyline, for those who are interested.
New Question soon...

In the Suicide Squad's first mission (Ostrander's volume) which squad members had already infiltrated the Jihad before the main mission? (There's Suicide Squad Idol List to help )

In the All-Star Squadron, Roy Thomas introduced the idea that there was a first team of Freedom Fighters made of ultra-obscure Golden Age heroes who all died trying to prevent the Pearl Harbor attack on Earth X (Post-Crisis, this took place on the single DC Earth). Eventually, in the Post-Crisis DCU, all of those but one were eventually revealed to have not died back then. Who is the one Freedom Fighter that, as far as anyone knows, did indeed die trying to prevent Pearl Harbor?

I think your wording might hold a clue to the answer. Is it Neon the Unknown?

Nope, Neon the Unknown was revealed as alive in one of the "Uncle Sam and the Freedom Fighters" series.

Correct, Magno the Magnetic Man was the only one not revealed to have actually survived the incident!
Miss America's death was retconned in Young All-Stars, and both Invisible Hood and Red Torpedo were mentioned off-handedly as alive much later in James Robinson's Starman series.
Back to you, thoth!

It was indeed! Well recalled. I got those in the bargain bin. So, I thought we'd be going on a world tour of villains for that one.
