At one point, you couldn't swing a cat in a DC book without hitting a honky with an afro. Not so anymore. Examples: 1) Levitz' Element Lad had a horrid honky afro. The reboot Element Lad had hair like Little Lord Fauntleroy. 2) POSSIBLE SPOILERS!!!! Perez' Titan Jericho had awful honky-afro-hair. He's back in the current TITANS sans afro! 3) Dr. Mayavale hasn't been brought back postboot and if he is I'm willing to bet his afro won't be along for the ride!
