What was your reason, Quis? Glad your boss didn't give you any trouble.
I was once defriended myself by someone (who had a near-obsessive crush on me) whom I didn't invite to my birthday party. That person is very nearly a stalker, so I'm not sad about it at all.
1) I was supposed to get a haircut yesterday, but fell asleep after cooking dinner.
2) I'm supposed to bring our dog over to meet a friend's 3-month old puppy, but I'm hesitant because our dog gets very excitable.
3) I'm a little annoyed at two of my friends who haven't been responding to my invitations for dinner. I told them off gently, and now I feel it won't ever push through.

No sense in prolonging. That is correct, as I never planned to get a haircut yesterday. I'm planning to get one today, if I can get my butt off this chair.

Well, it started with a friend's daughter who first asked, then sued, her public (aka government run) school to take down a prayer banner from the auditorium because 1) as an atheist it bothered her and made her feel less a part of the school; and 2) it is a violation of the constitutionaldoctrine of the seperation of church and state. When she won her lawsuit, she was given all sorts of grief (and even some death threats). I was following the comments in the local paper's story of the matter. Some people wrote in saying "How is she going to spend the money she won? It says "In God We Trust" on it." (She actually only won $25.00 in damages although these commenters thought she got thousands of dollars) Anyway, from those comments, I thought "Yeah that motto should not be on our money" So now when I can, I cross it off of the paper money. It's a little too hard to chisel it off the coins though

I am converting to Multisite, it will make my site management much easier
I did setup a new studios space, in a cramped little nook. It feels VERY good there, I hope to start making new art at a decent pace now.
And no my frozen drain line is still frozen. I will be working on it again tomorrow before I go in to work.
Over to you Cleome!!!

To be fair, it is one of my favorite songs. But it's not one I managed to snatch up before Comcast decided to get mean about the peasants using their services to download songs. Also, I don't have Weird Al's "Don't Download This Song" on my iPod. [pouts] Law Lad's up again!

My father affectionately and my uncle teasingly referred to me and my brothers by two of the following names.
1) Peter
2) Joe
3) Sammy

My uncle John would tease us by calling us Peter. My Dad would call us Joe. Actually for a while my brother was Jo and I was Joe Joe.
No one ever called me Sammy

Woot, I got it again!!
So regarding my earlier Question, I literally just got the frozen line free. Still gotta go under the house and put heat trace on it, but it works.
Anyways,
1. Last night I submitted my Vacation request form for 2013 with August booked off for the Chicago meetup
2. I only slept 3 hours today after night shift
3. I am currently downloading Prometheus

Quis, I'm quite the Alien fanboy and I had a voucher for a free movie download, so yes I was Downloading Prometheus
Kent, I really did only sleep 3 hours. Just enough rest to get me going an finish fixing my plumbing issues.
Ibby, I did submit my Vacation forms, but it was several days ago, not the night before the question was asked, so over to you!
