Does your character share the super powers of a Legionnaire? Hm. This is a tricky "yes, but no." I don't think that was the intention but they are somewhat duplicated by Legionnaires.

I am thinking of a character...
...who is a white, human male.
...who uses a code name, though it is more like a title.
...who is not a Legionnaire.
...who is potentially from Earth, given context clues.
...who is not related to a Legionnaire.
...who has super-powers, which are somewhat duplicated by Legionnaires though I doubt it was the writer's intent. They do not have super strength.
...who has not spent time in the 20th century.
...who does not work for the government.
...who is not a criminal, but has fought the Legion before.
...who has not joined the LSV.
...who appeared more than once. They first appeared prior to the Levitz/Giffen LSV war. They did not appear in the Adventure Era or Postboot.
