No Recap This non female Legionnaire joined after Wildfire (and after ERG-1) and after the 5YGap ... This character Isn't in the Reboot legion. Isn't a Khund or a Linsnarian To my knowledge hasn't been shown as projecting energy, but it's a power I would not rule out. Hasn't died or resigned that I'm aware of.
