Was this in the Games non-canon trade? I'm trying to remember if this ever happened "in canon" as well.
Arsenal once seduced somebody so he could erase a fugitive's records. Who was this fugitive?

Was it Damage, back in that time they were recruiting after the JLA/Titans mini?

Yes! you got it. Arsenal wanted to "make things up" (I gather their last tenure together in the Titans didn't end well), so he flirted with some FBI employee, and while they were kissing he erased all of Damage's records.

Yay! An assist for Fickles here. She brought up that run last week, and revived a Titans thread as if it had been kept in suspended animation in a Titans/Legion crossover.
Now for a special announcement! I have got my little paws on the ICG Official index to the Titans! All of 'em. Hopefully no more digging through comic boxes for me! I had 2 of them, but this should be a big help for questions.
Misty eyed aside: ICG's release of an Index to the Justice League of America put a stop to my own Justice League index I was putting together, as I got the back issues.
My dad even went to the trouble of creating little quarter page reductions of the covers in the company photocopier. Each page of my book had little clear pockets, so I could slip in the copied covers. I'd then do a breakdown of the issue around it.
ICG's series opened up the whole of the JLA series, as I was being indulged in collecting it. It's still very much part of my JLA comics. Along with Who's Who and Crisis, it was a great time to start reading, while getting immersed in the history of the company.
I don't think I saw any of the other indices at the time. I picked up Legion ones years later, the Crisis ones were part of the Absolute edition, although I just got the issues of those, which is why I got the Titans ones too.
I'll dig 'em out of their little envelope shortly for a new question!

Vic has just visited his old girlfriend who now can't bare to look at him and then wanders dejectedly in to Central Park where he gets bonked by a baseball. A kid comes up and asks him for it and is astonished at his metal hand, but instead of being afraid he wishes he had one which would be better than the prosthetic he does have. The rest of the group show s up with their teacher Sarah Simms who had taken the group of kids, all of whom have prosthetics of one type or another, out to play baseball as part of their training. The kids ask Vic to play and Sarah suggests he is probably too busy but Vic decides he hasn't got anything more important than playing with the kids. Sarah would go on to be a new romantic interest for Vic.

ah that tickles my mind! Dear Sarah Simms, I hated that they killed her in Games - thankfully, that is very much NOT in canon, so Sarah Simms is still around somewhere. (she did go out a hero though, with a memorial at the end, but still!)

Right, first question from the new indexes is....ah foo... I've already asked that one....
Okay, What is the main mode of transport for the '60s Titans Team, to get to cases?

It was not. Robin probably used a motorcycle if travelling by himself.

Not a blimp. Although....
Aqualad: Hey Wonder Chick! How come all the capers have long since been happenings, by the time we get there? Wonder Girl: Ask the Boy Wonder Robin: But Batman said that the Batplane, Batrocket, Batboat and Batporter were all in the shop. The Batblimp was all he had! Why couldn't *your* mentor have helped, Speedy? Speedy: Oliver's given up billionaire clubbing and forgotten all about me. And since we started using the blimp, it's no longer Speedy, it's Slowey now.

It is a Jellyhopper! I do remember seeing it, but I can't say I remember seeing it often.

I was bound to get it eventually, there are only so many flying machines... JLA/Titans had pretty much every Titan ever until that point. But which four Titans were used to illustrate that, well, EVERYBODY was there?
