I thought that the Prophet had an interesting backstory, so I'd like to see him again. Think about it: he was a) a fallen or at least partially lapsed priest, who b) was given miraculous power by a being who was nearly a god, and c) chose to rebel against his new master by warning others of his existence and inciting them to destroy him. And he was just so darned powerful to boot!

Prophet was an interesting character; that story didn't really do him justice. He'd be a great subject for a more philosophical story.
Okay, Quicksand was a two-shot. We just don't have enough female villains, IMO.
Zorla was the assistant to Cossvar of Cossvar's Protectors (Action 382 ). He betrayed her, falling for a disguised Ayla; if she'd been in charge they might have succeeded in replacing the Legion. A woman scorned, due a second chance at villainy, and not as some guy's assistant either. She had a great costume, too.

In his own sado-masochistic chain-wearing fashion, Grimbor was kind of cute in a rugged hairy-chested middle-aged sort of way

The Taurus Gang is who I've always wanted to see again. Only Black Mace ever reappeared, IIRC, and he was the least interseting of the bunch--yet another thug with a club--whoopee!
