Actually, that would have been an oversight on that artists part as Garth has been shown to have the tattoo since reintroduced.

I really like the new costume designs I've seen so far. I'm sure Yildiray Cinar has a few other new concepts in the works waiting to surprise us once the new series starts up (can't believe it's only two more days away!). Imra especially looks ready for action in this newer look and the Ranzz twins have never looked better in my opinion. I have a feeling the mystery shadow guy on the cover on #4 is in fact Mekt's twin and has kidnapped his nephews for some reason only he knows in his twisted, evil mind! LOL I am really looking forward to this series and I am gushing like the kid I was in the 70s/80s to see my old "original" team back together again. Now if only Paul would bring back Dream Girl shortly after the series starts, then I would be an entirely happy camper.

The AC#517 cover looks interesting. I will have to wait and see how this new "Legion's past" ongoing series will make me feel about my beloved characters ... better not mess with their history too, too much or else there will be major backlash from the Legion fandom (plus it will create yet another continuity nightmare for DC editors to have to deal with later). I have to believe that with Paul Levitz at the helm everything will work itself out though. Let's hope so.

Brainy is on the cover of Tiny Titans following on from the FCBD sampler where he was part of the science club (and presumably a transfer student from the Legion Academy ) They were going for a party in the fortress of solitude. AW YEAH CAKE!

Boy does Brainiac ever look scarey/evil on the cover of R.E.B.E.L.S. #19. Now that is what I call drawing the fan in and enticing someone to buy the book in order to see what this Brainiac guy does. Good job Kalman!
