If Franklin Richards is "Calvin and Hobbes," then Tiny Titans is very early "Peanuts." Franklin is about a single, unbridled kId at loose in a clueless adult world save for the super-ego of H.E.R.B.I.E.

Tiny Titans is like the early Peanuts -- a bunch of fairly sweet but hardly perfect kids interracting with each OTHER in a mostly adult-free world.
