It's not as bad as I'd feared and if you can drop all your expectations then it's a fairly entertaining cartoon. Ratboy loves it so much he played with an invisible Superdog for hours out in the yard yesterday. (Rodney Arthur Thomas = RATboy -just in case you were wondering ) He's hooked. I've only seen the first episode so far but it was pretty cute. It was just about as well written as anything else on the Cartoon Network and even had a brief appearence by Big Blue himself to sort of gove his blessing to the enterprise. I have yet to see the batdog character but I'm sure I will in the next day or so. I am watching every day during my lunch time from 2 to 3 pm at hoome....i am so grateful that my work is close to my home so I can leave at 2 pm to watch the cartoon! so far I have seen 7 episodes and all of them are nice and cute - very very suitable for younger kids. I would encourage my kids, if I have one, to watch it. The rough voice, the squinty eyes, the hard edged attitude. I love 'im! I don't quite get it though. Can everybody understand the talking animals or just the kids?..and as of the episode with the zoo animals it seems that all animals can talk. Right? Wouldn't surprise me if adults in general couldn't understand the animals.
