Jet-Belt Bandit = Heck Kitten.

They are both invulnerable to jet propulsion flames.

She had a side of pro-homme with her "Legion rejection made me evil".

... Taken down by Batman though ... that's gotta be embarrassing. Genius in the 2012 = cave man 3012!

As is well-known, Quislet's actual very first appearance is in the 2nd panel above, even though it takes place much later in LSH fistory than his debut during the Baxter era.
