My guess is that Jethrina falls under the same category as most super-siblings. Much like Supergirl and She-Hulk, I would guess that she is of a slightly lower strength class than Jethro.
I think that the only reason that Ellie May is stronger than Jethro is that she is a pureblood Clampett, whereas Jethro and Jethrina's bloodline was dilluted by the lesser Bodine bloodline.

Well, Granny was certainly tough, but she was definitely not in the Clampett strength level. Her greatest power seemed to be one of intimidation and control. Perhaps she was one of the first Titanians? Perhaps even an ancestor of... Universo?
