You have to right click the image.

Then, copy the image location (in this case - http://img133.imageshack.us/img133/4407/justiceleague30thcentury1qo.png ).

And then paste that link within the [IMG] tags.

I can't help with this one, because I don't know where this image is.

Did you follow the instructions I gave you? Because the link you are using - http://img222.imageshack.us/image=legionofdoom30thcentury3gi.png doesn't look anything like the previous link I used for the Justice League image.
