That's Zerox/Gem World/Sorceror's World. (There may also be some real or pseudo dragons reveled in the Legion's past stories, but I'm not sure of where or IF there are any, so I'll go with the recent one that I saw in the Superman series.) However, I speculate that they also inhabit, in the Legion era, Orando and Naltor, with a possible group on Khundia. The picture is one of Sketch's Dingo pictures that he posted on the Pets thread. I don't know how Cannus came to be, a race or a mutant or a scientific creation. This is him in his very early years at the Legion Gifted Students Elementary/Middle School section of the Academy.
