Beast Boy & Brainiac 5: both have green skin, both are orphans, uh... well, that one might not work out. Jericho & Jarth: both have possessed other bodies. Duo Damsel and Aquagirl are both cute, nice brunettes. Crisis killed Tula though - and unlike Lu, Tula didn't have Two-Lives to live. Another big event, Zero Hour, led to Lu coming into her own as Triad, though. And let's compare/contrast their early hairdos...
