Every time time I try to reply to a thread, I get the following message:

An error has occurred:

(RequireVars) CachePath/search_index/active_topics.cgi: syntax error at CachePath/search_index/active_topics.cgi line 1616, near ","

Please inform the board administration of this error so that they may fix the problem. Thank you!

Anybody want the remainder of a year's worth of PowWeb hosting so we can move to a decent host? [Roll Eyes]

I'm just venting. Don't mind me.

The real problem is that Scott and I know what the problem is and how to fix it, we just can't do it with PowWeb. But, for right now the server is paid for and I couldn't afford the move anyway. Both in terms of time and money.

We'll be upgrading to the 6.7 version of the software soon, maybe that will work out some kinks. From what I understand, PowWeb's way of doing things is pretty common. Perhaps they've worked through odd configurations of the program by now.

We'll see, huh. All I can say is, if you get the errors, just wait it out. Either it'll fix itself or Scott and I will show up to work it out.
