Yeah, it was a bit tricky deciding what to say, because I believe we do see him being recruited for the Workforce by McCauley, but then he's next seen on Lallor.
No we don't. We see Radion & Blast-Off being recruited (Particon may also be there, I forget), and Polar Boy being mistaken for a kid in the same scene, *but Splitter's still in the competition at that point* and we never see McCauley - or, indeed, Splitter himself! - in the issue after he's eliminated in the final with Cannus. Dud clue.

Unfortunately, yeah. I thought you meant he was associated with the Workforce because he appeared in the same issue that a lot of future members did. Ah well, misleading Internet...
