Larry Miller is the same asshole who broke his contract with the WB network (he also owns a tv station here in UT) because he demanded they quit showing 'urban' shows. He meant shows focusing on any one other than whites. The WB told him to shove it and we lost the ability to see the first two or three seasons on Buffy on the WB because of it. The man is slightly less annoying than Pat Robertson.
Of course the people going to his theater are no better. The local news showed people of various ages agreeing with him when asked of his decision. One couple, in the sixties and dressed to the nines to go out to a movie (the woman was wearing a fur coat!), would only say immorality was immorality and the movie was as immoral as they came.
I really don't know why I continue to live in such a farked up state.
